This is a deluxe linkage kit. As seen in the deluxe carb kits Empi sells.
Note that I grind the corners off the bar, forming an area** that allows the throttle activator rod to pivot into the position that's best for me, without taking the assembly apart.
**Black spot is 1" to the right of the activator rod.
*for DRLA carbs, the gaskets and the metal plates that sit atop the carb will need to be modified to expose the jets between the velocity stack openings.
