This is complete with Grant rings, clips, wrist pins, cylinders & of course pistons.
This piston set is forged not cast.
This is a "slip in" fit kit.
Forged is lighter & stronger. Add a set of Total Seal 2nd gapless rings for the best set you can get.
For type 1 engines.
Some early blocks (like single relief blocks) require the lip on the bottom of the cylinder to be filed off. The lip is very thin and so easy to file off, it'll take about 5 minutes each cylinder if you do it by hand. Or you can use a Dremel and a grinding disc and do it in 1.
