This is designed to prevent THE LOSS of your gas cap, which would be beneath this cover.
Use this (5 7/8" outside diameter) flange which has a flush twist lock cover, to access internal fuel fillers.
Made of high impact black plastic.
Is only 5/8" tall.
Mounts on flat surfaces.
You must mount your fuel fill neck & gas cap independently of this.
You will twist the black center cap loose from the outer ring and then you will see your gas cap.
