The part that rests against the block, touches the block at the 12 o'clock & 6 o'clock positions, as shown.
I use two of these in the shop. 1 for early pumps and 1 for late pumps.
A little grinding helps accomplish this for the early pumps.
Many tools can be used and they don't show any signs. For that reason: Tools sold on our site are not returnable for any reason.
