This started with a good used dual relief AH, 3 bolt pattern block.
We sent it to Brother Machine for an align bore, thrust cut, open for 94's, install lifter bore inserts, surface & balance the flywheel, grind & balance the crank (10 over M & R), drill & tap the oil gallies and build the new casting heads with stock size swirl polished valves, single high rev springs, chromoly retainers & hardened keepers and a 3 angle grind.
We installed:
CB Perf 1511 lifters
CB Perf 2242 camshaft w/ low profile bolts
steel backed bearings throughout
Empi 21-2514 straight cut gears
Schradek 26mm oil pump
Empi 4020 chromoly head stud kit
Empi 4035 chromoly pushrods
Brothers rebuilt & balanced rods
Elring gasket kit
Total Seal Gapless 2nd ring set w/ stock top & bottom rings
Brazilian oil drain plate kit w/ new oil screen & cap nuts
Brazilian push rod tubes, cam plug
Empi 9148-7 oil pump face
Performance Parts chromoly 36mm gland nut & large washer
Silicone flywheel seal
rebuilt rocker assemblies w/ stock adjusters & nuts
Block painted w/ Aluminum colored ceramic heat paint
used clip on valve covers w/ new gaskets
used distributor drive gear & pinion shaft
