Description:
shocks, Front or Rear, chrome coil over black body for link pin front ends for all bugs, sand rails and more.
Measures 16 3/4" stretched out eyelet center to eyelet center.
BOXED PAIR with eyelet top & eyelet bottom.

These have an adjustment on the bottom to adjust tension. Go from stiff to stiffer, and stiffer yet to the stiffest possible. Also called coil overs.
These have between 5 & 6" of travel.
Shown installed, this particular install required a short piece of the metal tube (that fits through the shocks bushing) had to be trimmed off on the side facing the rear of the car, to allow a washer and a nut to go on the bolt.
On cars that have a 'pocket' for the bottom part of the shock to fit into, DO NOT cut off any of the metal tube as it is required to 'center' the shock.
These are NOT suitable for cars without torsion bars or Mid Engine cars
