Description:
This part replaces a part# 9146 and it starts with an Empi part# 9203
We drilled a 15/32" hole up through the 'front' port (the port that lets oil back in to the engine block) and into the back ports galley.
Next we add 2 3/8" galley plugs (iron shown, 1 or both of yours will be aluminum).
Next we add 2 seals that are late/late configuration.
Next we toss it all in a box with the original hardware Empi supplied with part# 9203.
Now this is a block off that fits late engine blocks and won't leak.
For early engine blocks use, see part# DH9203ME.
The aluminum galley plugs will expand and contract similarly to the aluminum used to make the 9203.
The aluminum plugs can also easily be drilled & tapped to allow you to install a pressure sending unit or gauge.

A modified version is shown in the side by side pics (not available through Doghouse). If you want to chop the top off and drill and tap the one port, you can be set up for drag racing.
