This is what connects to the heat riser stubs coming off your exhaust near the head. From there it slips into your aftermarket ALUMINUM cast center section manifold (one example manifold shown, not included. There are several styles).
Now, on cold mornings, the heat from the exhaust will warm your manifold to prevent icing.

This pair is the same pair found in all of the carb kits that have a single carb mounted in the center of the upright style bug engines.
They are NOT a perfect fit and may require cutting either or both sides to the length you need AND they may require slight bending / tweaking to get the flanges to align correctly with your exhaust's heat riser stubs.
Exhaust systems or their components will not be accepted for return or credit if there is evidence of having been installed or used.
