These come threaded on the ends only and smooth in the center.
This is the stud that sticks out of the back of the block just below the flywheel.
It is a 10mm x 100mm (3 15/16") long stud.
This is the stud that sticks out of the tranny after you have stuffed the engine back in your car.
This stud solves the problem when adapting Type-2 transmissions to new engine cases.
Extra length allows for use of engine mount plates for "all out" race cases.
