How dedicated are we to going green? I bought a VW Passat turbo diesel and sold my wife's Caravan.
I've also bought a gas station quality Diesel dispenser with a flow meter and auto shut off, so I can sell BioDiesel. Cost per gallon $4.40 plus tax.
We now run BioDiesel 5% blend in all our vehicles.
5% blend BioDiesel is currently being sold in Las Vegas at the Sinclair gas stations.
BioDiesel 5 has been approved by the major auto manufacturers and has been proven to add lubricity above and beyond the common Diesel #2, especially since the change to Ultra Low Sulfur.
BioDiesel 5 is cleaner burning than Diesel #2 and is proven to be better for a diesel engine than #2.
Clark County School District is now running it's vehicles on the same brand BioDiesel 5 that I am selling.
My BioDiesel will be dispensed right out of my own Freightliners fuel tanks for now.
Another process we use to help the environment is to recycle the paper and popcorn packing materials our orders show up with.
We also recycle the packing boxes our orders show up in.
