*the 10 minutes gives Phil time to be made aware of your purchase.
If Phil is not available, ask for the order to be voided.
If you do not call and speak to Phil and you do not ask for the order to be voided, we will assume you still want to speak to Phil. In that case your $80 will be kept for that phone call.
If you then decide you do not need to speak to Phil after all, and decide you want a refund, you will get a refund of only $77.60 |
