Comes bare & without a valve stem hole so if you want your stem on the inside of the rim, that's where you'll want to drill the hole.
One side of the spindle hub is shallow, where the bearing goes. This is the side the inner bearing goes into.
The other side is deep, where the bearing goes. This is the side the outer bearing goes into.
Both sides have the same size opening.
Not for street. Centered, no offset.
