This adapter uses counter sunk allen head screws to attach the adapter to the 3 bolt pattern hub. They screw straight through the adapter with the screw heads exposed.
The 5 bolt pattern wheel bolts to the face of the adapter and it's fasteners will also be exposed.
Bolt a 5 hole wheel to a 3 hole pattern hub.
