The EPC 38 is a "synchronous" type carburetor. This means that both barrels are opening simultaneously. This usually allow for more torque (ie. throttle response & overall horsepower) due to more CFM of the carburetor.
TO TRULY REALIZE HORSEPOWER GAINS, additional performance improvements must be done to the engine.
