At the top of the whip is a receptacle to hold an 1156 bulb or a flashing LED, neither included.
At the base of the whip is a threaded end that fits into a tab, a fixed or folding whip mount or just a hole in a bumper, for example.
A mount, part# 16-1010 must be used to make any lights work on top of this whip. That mount can stay attached to your ride for quick detachment. It automatically connects & disconnects the power as you install or remove the whip.
We also sell a folding whip mount, part# 16-7501 and a fixed position whip mount, part# 16-7500, that the whip will screw directly into.
