If you have a close 4 bolt pattern early vw BUG drum, or a wide 5 bolt pattern early vw BUS drum, this is the nut you'd use for the studs. Sold each.
This is a chrome 60 degree acorn, no bulge nut, which has a 13/16" hex head.
Common on steel rims and aluminum rims with the appropriate washer.
