When you pop off your bug style valve cover, you see 2 nuts holding on your valve train.
Those 2 nuts are up against the rocker block. Also called a rocker spacer or rocker stand block.
This is just a single, bare rocker block sold here.
You need this if upon disassembly, your rocker block falls into 2 pieces or is cracked and ready to fall apart.
NOTE: we have noticed that these blocks need to be warmed before they will fit on a stock vw or a Scat chromoly rocker shaft, by tapping them with a soft mallet. OR, you can very gently spread them with a battery post spreader tool and they'll slide right on.
