The pads are specially bonded and riveted with Stainless rivets to the strong steel plates and spring style center hub. The big steel plates help dissipate heat away.
The sprung center hub is for a little give.
Pads are not affected by oil, grease or heat. Instant clutch response. Not recommended for street use.
