The stock rear spring plate housing provides the limiting stops for the spring plate. The open sided design of that housing allows for the possibility of the spring plate to slip off the stop.
This chrome spring plate retainer set closes off that opening, thus preventing the slip of the spring plate.
Includes mounting hardware and welding is required.
