This is what you see when you pull your distributor out of your engine and look down into the hole. The two tabs on the distributor align with the slot in the top of this gear. This gear is steel and engages the brass distributor drive gear on the crank. The round ramp is what drives the fuel pump rod. This gear is new Brazilian.
Also known as part# 113 105 231B. Also called a pinion gear.
