This kit fastens to the oil pump studs of a bug style engine block and as shown, has "ears" that extend out to the normal bearer bar pattern of a bus engine.
The lower most hole on the bracket also lines up with the bus bearer bar. Now, with this attached to your bug engine, you may bolt it up to your bus (68-71) bearer bar.
The studs shown in the picture may or may not be the right length to fit your oil pump, depending on whether or not you have a stock pump or a performance pump.
You better plan on having maximum penetration into your block with these studs or you'll have disastrous results.
The oil pump face plate shown will replace your pump face.
