Let me just say something about the clutch cable shortening part of this kit...I had the occasion to install 1 of these and I thought it stunk.
I finally had to follow up the install with a small rope clamp on the cable to keep it from sliding through the bolt...this after using red loctite on the nut that is supposed to pinch the cable to keep it from sliding.
If you need this, you need it and there's no getting around it..so get a rope clamp ahead of time. |
