Sold as a pair, which will only do 2 wheels.

If you want to put these on something other than what we have said it will fit, that's entirely up to you, and not recommended.
This adapter uses part# 5402 lug nut to fit the Chevy studs, which has a 13/16" hex head and is a no bulge, 60 degree acorn end.
