Description:
exhaust offroad baja system for baja bug with heater boxes, or j-tubes (not included).
Big 3 bolt* pattern top outlet collector.
Good for engines up to 1915cc in my opinion.
Empi advertises this as having 1 1/2" pipe. I measured the inside diameter to be 1 3/8". The outside diameter is 1 1/2".

Installed pic is showing the clamp style system being used for connecting an oe heater box to the header and Scat chromed heat riser block offs.
*The bolts that come with this to hold the muffler tube to the header are NOT long enough if you intend to use washers on both sides of the bolt, not to mention a lock washer or nylock nut. You'll have to get longer bolts like we did.
On the install shown, the left side taillight interfered with the muffler connect tube. We'll have to relocate that light.
Exhaust systems or their components will not be accepted for return or credit if there is evidence of having been installed or used.
